01. Engagement
PyWrote provides specialized IT services including Flutter Development, Web Architectures, SEO, and Brand Engineering. By engaging us, you agree that our collaboration is governed by the Scope of Work agreed upon at project kickoff.
02. IP Rights
Ownership: All custom code, designs, and assets remain property of PyWrote until the final invoice is cleared.
After full payment, PyWrote transfers a non-exclusive perpetual license to the client. PyWrote may reuse anonymous code logic for internal improvement.
03. Payments
- A.
Project Based: 50% advance required. Remaining 50% due before final delivery.
- B.
Hourly Work: Invoiced weekly or biweekly based on tracked logs.
04. Liability
PyWrote shall not be liable for indirect damages including profit loss, data loss, or third-party platform changes.
05. Software Products
Future proprietary software products from PyWrote will be governed by a separate End User License Agreement (EULA).
Jurisdiction & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat.
